① Data Usage & Retention

• When you upload photos to AutoHDR, we store your input images and edited outputs for the purpose of processing, delivery, quality assurance, and service improvement.
• Edited images are available for download for a maximum of 7 days, after which they may be removed from active storage. Certain copies, derivatives, backups, or representations of your content may be retained for operational, analytical, security, or service improvement purposes in accordance with this policy.

② Ownership & Rights

• You retain all right, title, and interest in and to any photos or images you upload to AutoHDR.
• Nothing in this policy restricts your ability to use, sell, license, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit your photos, including providing such images to brokers, MLS platforms, clients, or other third parties.
• AutoHDR does not claim ownership of your photos.

③ License Grant to AutoHDR

• By uploading images to AutoHDR, you grant AutoHDR a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, process, analyze, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise use such images for the purpose of operating, improving, developing, marketing, and commercializing AutoHDR’s products and services.
• This license includes the right to use uploaded images and derived outputs for internal analysis, research, quality control, model development, artificial intelligence training, and other lawful commercial purposes.
