Service Description

AutoHDR is a cloud-based software platform that delivers edited real estate photos. Users upload their unedited property photos, and within an hour, they receive professionally enhanced images. Services include sky replacements, window detail recovery, lighting correction, and more.

Security

Your data and payment information are secure. AutoHDR is PCI-compliant through Stripe. We never store your credit card details directly.

Legal & Export Restrictions

Our services are intended for use by real estate professionals worldwide. We do not edit images that include explicit, illegal, or restricted content. Orders violating our content policy may be rejected without refund.

Cancellation Policy

Before Upload

You may cancel a photoshoot submission before uploading any files with no charge.

After Upload

Once edited files are downloaded, downloads are not eligible for refund. You can view images and decide in advance whether you'd like to use credits to download them.

Subscription Plans

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

We aim to provide consistently high-quality results. However, if you're unsatisfied:

Eligibility

You only use credits when downloading — therefore there is no eligibility for a credit refund once you have downloaded images. There is no eligibility for a refund when requesting an add-on service such as a virtual twilight.

Process

Contact us via the live chat on autohdr.com with a link to your photoshoot and a brief description of any issues. Our team will review and may, out of goodwill, offer a refund if images were accidentally downloaded or credits were deducted unnecessarily.

As this is a digital service, returns are not applicable.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Method

All edited photos are delivered digitally via your AutoHDR dashboard. You'll receive an email notification once your photos are ready. If your shoot fails to edit for any reason, you are not deducted credits — you only pay for what you download — thus there is no refund eligibility in this case. However, our team is dedicated to determining the cause of failure and notifying you promptly how we can achieve a successful processing of the input images.

Turnaround Time

Most orders are fulfilled within one hour, typically within 30 minutes or less. In some cases delivery may take up to 1–2 hours, stemming from added upload time from one of our software integrations that handle the upload portion of the editing pipeline.

Supported File Formats

We accept common RAW and JPEG formats and return JPEG images optimized for MLS and web use.
