Privacy Policy

Data Usage & Retention

•When you upload photos to AutoHDR, we store your input images and edited outputs for the purpose of processing, delivery, quality assurance, and service improvement.

•Edited images are available for download for a maximum of 7 days, after which they may be removed from active storage. Certain copies, derivatives, backups, or representations of your content may be retained for operational, analytical, security, or service improvement purposes in accordance with this policy.

Ownership & Rights

•You retain all right, title, and interest in and to any photos or images you upload to AutoHDR.

•Nothing in this policy restricts your ability to use, sell, license, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit your photos, including providing such images to brokers, MLS platforms, clients, or other third parties.

•AutoHDR does not claim ownership of your photos.

License Grant to AutoHDR

•By uploading images to AutoHDR, you grant AutoHDR a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, process, analyze, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise use such images for the purpose of operating, improving, developing, marketing, and commercializing AutoHDR's products and services.

•This license includes the right to use uploaded images and derived outputs for internal analysis, research, quality control, model development, artificial intelligence training, and other lawful commercial purposes.

Aggregated & De-Identified Data

•AutoHDR may aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify uploaded images, edits, and related metadata, and may use such aggregated or de-identified data for any lawful purpose, including analytics, research, benchmarking, artificial intelligence development, and commercial partnerships.

•Aggregated or de-identified data does not identify you, your clients, or specific properties and is not considered personal information.

Business Transfers & Third-Party Use

•The rights granted to AutoHDR under this policy may be assigned, transferred, or sublicensed in connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, financing, strategic partnership, or similar transaction, without additional notice or consent.

SMS / Text Messaging Privacy

If you opt in to receive text messages from AutoHDR, we may collect and store your mobile phone number, messaging consent records, message history, and related interaction data.

We use this information to send you manual one-to-one text messages, such as demo scheduling, missed-call follow-up, support follow-up, customer account conversations, and responses to questions submitted to AutoHDR.

AutoHDR SMS messages are sent manually by team members to customers, trial users, inbound leads, demo prospects, and people who have requested contact. AutoHDR does not use SMS for bulk promotional blasts, automated marketing sequences, cold outreach, or messages to scraped or imported contact lists. Message frequency varies depending on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@autohdr.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as required by law.

We retain mobile messaging data only as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain records of consent, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
